I am Rosh
Senior QA Engineer | AI/LLM Validation + Enterprise Test Automation
My Story
Thank you for taking the time to visit my website. Here's my story.
I validate AI systems that most QA engineers don't know how to test yetβand I have seven years of enterprise automation to prove I can do both.
Originally from Kathmandu, Nepal, I spent six years at Verisk building quality assurance frameworks that enterprise teams actually trust. I specialized in modernizing legacy QA environments, designing CI/CD-integrated automation frameworks, and validating systems at scale across UI, API, performance, and data layers.
At Verisk, I led QA modernization of a 14-year-old legacy portal while validating new .NET microservices. I architected a full automation framework using Playwright, Selenium, and REST Assured that grew coverage across 22 enterprise modules past 80% with zero production regressions. The JMeter performance suites I built stress-tested over 2M+ PII tokenization records at 99.99% accuracy and caught cloud migration bottlenecks before they reached production.
What separates my profile right now is hands-on AI and LLM validation experience in a live research setting. At Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, I'm leading data quality efforts for a $2M NSF-funded AI STEM education research initiative. I engineer validation pipelines for AI-driven learning tools, evaluate LLM outputs across real scenarios, and build traceability matrices for regulatory review. Validating non-deterministic AI systems is a fundamentally different discipline than classical automation, and I'm already operating at that level.
I have mentored QA teams, served as Scrum Master for groups of 8-10, cut onboarding time by 40%, trained 75+ engineers on Playwright and JMeter, and led 30+ cross-institution working sessions across eight partner universities.
Finishing M.S. in Management Information Systems at SIUE in May 2026 with a 4.0 GPA. Open to relocation anywhere in the US.
I am seeking Senior QA Automation Engineer, SDET, QA Lead, Test Architect, and AI Quality Engineering roles where quality is treated as a competitive advantage, not an afterthought.
If you're building something that requires rigorous quality at scale, let's talk.
